There are only seven more days until the 7th Annual RPAP Community Attraction & Retention Conference!

The 2015 theme is Shift Happens! is a nod to the year of change we have had in primary healthcare delivery in Alberta. It will be a chance not only to celebrate our successes, but to share ideas about how to enhance physician attraction, recruitment and retention within rural Alberta.

Highlights this year include presentations on change management, emotional intelligence, as well as sessions on starting Attraction and Retention committees, hosting a community skills weekend, and the new website. We will also celebrate the 2014 RPAP Award recipients, including the presentation of the 2014 RPAP Rural Community Physician Attraction and Retention Award.

It’s not too late to register!
